***Effective 10/2025 Airbnb has shifted their cut of your booking (the 15% guest service fee) from being paid by you, the guest, to a 15.5% service fee being charged to the host. Unfortunately, we have had to slightly increase our nightly rates in order to absorb their fee. Please know that of your booking total 15.5% actually goes to Airbnb.

Our automatic discounts, pet fee, & cleaning fee remains the same. We will continue to be as affordable as possible while maintaining a professional level of service & cleanliness. ***

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early.
